    At the AGM Mr Colin Iles was present.

    He has provided advice to APG in the past and recently become a consultant. in the last two months  I believe APG has made far more progress than it has in the last 2 years thanks to Colin. A chat with him yesterday revealed his belief in the technology and is very keen to become more involved and see the technology commercialised and developed.

    Rumour has it in the early part of 2017 he will  become far more involved.

      Overall, I rebuilt the BHP Ferro Alloy trading business after CMC Australia acquired it in 1998.

      - Responsible for the sourcing and marketing of Ferro alloys in Australia
      - Full integration of the BHP Ferro alloys Trading div purchased in June 1998.
      - Responsible for Profit centre results for Ferro alloy business in Australia.
      - Took ENRC FeCr business in Australia from 5 % market share to
      - Secured Stratcor Nitrovan agency from FERNZ Specialty Chemicals in 2000.
      - Secured long term supply agreement with BlueScope steel which has been going for 10 years in 2009.
      - Introduced Energorpom carbon electrodes to Simcoa Si smelter.
      - Assisted in the financing of the first new production of Coke in Australia in 30 years.

      January 1995 – February 1999 (4 years 2 months)
      As Industry Manager I was responsible for managing and developing the metallurgical business.

      - Responsible for the sourcing and marketing of metallurgical products to the Australian Molten
      metallurgical Industry. (Steel, Foundry, Aluminium industries)
      - Responsible for Building Budgets and Return Company targets in profitability and Return of
      assets.
      - Manage a team of 6 throughout Australia.
      - Build and secure long term profitability of the business.

      - Secured one of the first import tonnage of Chinese Magnesium for the Aluminium industry in
