Thanks for the background on that. Being an oily, I was not aware of that deal.
Also, at this point, MIN is only offering scrip. That may change, but in the near term, the offer is all about the MIN share price and not so much their balance sheet capacity. spot MIN price equates to only 76 cents. That won't be enough for a Scheme to get up.
