MIN has a history of taking over winners. They were very aggressive when they took over POLARIS METALS some years ago mounting counter bids until they got what they wanted.
Remember they now own EGOs tenements including the ones right next to Waitsia.
They got all that for next to nothing. They can afford to pay a dollar plus for AWE.
