why?
they have control in a couple of weeks
they can use creep provisions to increase
they can mandate a share buy back process, which would reduce the amount of capital overall, and, if they do not participate, will increase their own holdings
why pay a premium when you will get it anyway, if you want it?
Ramsey is no fool, an d has excellent advisors - the "I want it now" syndrome is unlikely to apply in the case of a very sophisticated businessman like him
