About the ongoing discussion about corruption and benefit of mining to local pupulation:

For sure a company needs to take care about good relations with local populations and there must be also a benefit for the people affected by the mining operation. Not caring about locals: see what happens to Tahoe.

The corruption issue: Well its not our business to change this. My business is to take care that my investment decisions yield positive results. Yes, the less corruption the better the chances for business. But I fear that a regime change will delay the permitting process even further. I'm willing to wait for a while, but not forever. If the officials decide not to act and just keep waiting for more bribes I will exit here eventually. Money always departs from unreliable countries
