I think Stash is right. 

if you say it then it must be backed up by fact, otherwise it could be construed as being innuendo and falsehood.  

A flagrant over endearment if found to be false is a great way to loose money. 

I think being suspicious of anything regarding companies and their statements is a great personal trait to have. Having a bulldust moniter set to high allows one to circumvent the money wasters that tease the naive with their outlandish propaganda into a false sense of security. The only end to falling into the pipers tune is wasted money and financial ruin.
