Yes, I'm expecting it by mid-April - and it's only based on a view that management would prefer to get started with PSD development as soon as ground conditions permit.

The Chairman has stated their position to maximize current shareholder return and as much Australian equity as possible. I'd presume they wouldn't jeopardize that position if it meant taking longer - and of course NAIF debt funding, (if any!) is a factor - and I'd presume that it would have to precede equity deals. Thus if NAIF funding is involved then timing related to Wet season being over is irrelevant!
