Actually doing a bit of research Im sure that quote has been used out of context to Dr Mitchell's statement.
If you go to the AGM presentation released in November 2018, the chairmans overview has the exact same sentence, only it is missing - In fact (start of the sentence) and today (end of the sentence). Not suprising I suppose.... I mean papers are totally trustworthy and would never bend a bit of truth.
Stash if you go down to p45 of the AGM you will see photos that relate to the conversation I had on Friday. I didnt want to say anything until I had finished my research. I think that will have progressed further as I was informed that work had progressed well into December due to the... your gonna love this ....dry start of the typical wet season.
