It’s often the case of working in a co and thinking wtf are they doing. My time working with operations in Australia’s biggest telco literally stuns me. But look at how they rose (fell later due to nbn) but a ground view always picks up BS.
With SFG, I am sure the focus is on PSD. While performance improvements are needed out of the existing operations.
