Stash - I do believe the PSD. project will progress, especially with the major SH's involved, but I do think the major SH's should also be looking at the other farms and how they are being managed at present - Especially in regard to their maintenance procedures.
From what I have seen it could be called a Rip/Tear/ Bust scenario without thought for future issues arising from "Get it going now" and worry about it later.
Employing competent maintenance supervision is important.
