Longreach i think i remember that sfg has commitments as far as projectprogress is concerned and that if they dont achieve the progress the Japanese have certain rights.
I m too lazy to check back but have a good memory as far as "priority issues" is concerned. In fact I saw that "big progress stick" and their japanese punctuality as more important than the funds that they then contributed. 
i must say again they did good last year so they will be ok this year. There is too much momentum for this to die now.

In fact I would propose to build a even smaller first stage than planned (as small as practical and sensible) so that we can start without extra funding. After the start they can raise money from existing shareholders only so that the early believers get rewarded. With real progress and measuable performance of prawn growth say 18 months from now, they surely will be able to get a direct loan frm the bank without further dilution.....

i realise that a slower roll out would double up on some costs but a modest cashflow would be achieved earlier together with proof of the total project phylosofy . Also this slower roll out would contradict the shedule as agreed with the Japanese i think.
