I agree the qld goverment will either have to compensate cnx or exempt them from the ban. You cant change the rules of the game when the match is over. There either waiting till the election is over or are in descusions but my gess is the qld goverment will be well aware of the criticism there getting from the scientific community about banning cnx and its csiro technology.
