    Can anyone explain why we see this?

    Bids at 11.5 offer at 12.5. Every , minute like c
    Oclwotk all morning packets of around 600 bought at 12.5. Just increased to 1100 per minute.

    Its like watching the grass grow...

    Whats the logic behind this...?
