I wonder if BBY have become involved again....They're an Aussie firm but they have an equities parntership with the major US Investment Bank, Jefferies Inc.

For those who have held for some years now, you might recall some of BBY's involvement with URL.

BBY received fees for assisting the company raise capital in December 2004 and March 2005.

BBY is also currently mandated by URL to provide corporate advisory services including market monitoring and assisting URL in assessing corporate and financing options,
including negotiations with Xstrata. Back in 2005, BBY had promoted URL as a buy at 16c with an intristic value of 42c (that was before we knew the true value of Roseby with the additional drilling)

I'm not sure if that mandate is still applicable now, but damn I wish I knew what was going on!!!!
