about the announcemnt. heres a guess... 'various parties'. obviously there is interest in getting a stake in the jorc resource. there have been some placements lately in the market for equity at premiums, or discounted ones for producing stocks with debt. the run up to 4cents might point to one such premium for equity but with dilution.
ie: BAU placed shares at 50cents for $10mil cash and the sp went from 25 to 40 stabilizing at 35. this is the more likely scenario than a more expensive t/o of say 5cents for 500mil shares. just wont happen, not even for 1 cent. after a stake in equity there will be farm in conditions which is my guess the current directors are helplessly bent over and arguing over. thats my guess and might mean a couple of new directors hopefully. its a cheap way to getting a stake in a huge resource.
