MARKET UPDATE AND SUSPENSION EXTENSION
On 19 May 2009 Universal Resources Limited (“Universal”) requested a voluntary suspension while negotiations progressed relating to a capital raising.
Progress to date includes, but is not limited to, the negotiation and finalisation of a Terms Sheet for that Capital Raising with various parties.
Universal anticipates the request for lifting of the suspension of trading will occur with the announcement on the raising.
