Av , look at the lagging share price as an opportunity to get set. Based on the fundamentals , EPG has got a fantastic future. Even the Aussie CBMs have not gone with the market recently . They probably have done better than EPG because people can relate to them and are familiar with the local real estate.
I've just come back from a holiday in France. Petrol there is over $10 a gallon !! IMO EPG is a no brainer.
