Possibly Stray, but don't forget with the large number of shares on issue (2b+) it means 100m before requirement & it might be that buying hasn't been just one buyer (which I know for a fact it hasn't been) or that it was an existing large or substantial holder buying. Sure as eggs are eggs though something is going down, you just don't have this much buying for no reason. I don't doubt that a few holders are taking the opportunity to exit having been locked in for a long period but that doesn't explain the huge volume of buying. Additionally, these announcements are reinforcing the positive story coming from the move into Chile. Doubters are one thing but blind negativity is just plain silly.
