If you read any of my CTR posts you will see that even though I own stock I don't have much positive to say about CTR due to poor management. Sorry not a positive twist more like clutching at straws as to reasons why the stock is at 0.001 is due to manipulation tactics. Everyone knows big dumps are a clear warning signal why would you want to portray it to be manipulation tactics to other posters?
