From what I gathered, we have sponsored the:
Exhibit Hall Opening & Welcome Reception ($10,000)
The opening night reception invites all attendees to kick-off the convention in style. This year’s highly anticipated reception will take place on Thursday, June 19 from 5:00-8:00 PM. Sponsorship includes sponsor signage during the event, up to 5 minutes for welcome remarks prior to the ribbon cutting, up to four 15 minute “blocks” on the Expo Demo Stage, and the opportunity to disseminate one pre-approved item at the reception.
And as the website says:
"Effectively engaging national, state and local levels of PTA starts with building the right relationships at the right time in the school cycle. The National PTA Convention is the official start of a new cycle and the ideal time to connect with our inner circle of PTA delegates."
It seems like we have targeted this event for a particular purpose?
