    For any persons who is interested in the man behind Silvergate you may wish to study the web site of Dejin Resources.

    The latest information suggests that, (1)the independent director resigned on January 31st 2013 and was replaced by an insider, (2) a large convertible note is due or payable which seem to be due on the 3 May 2013. If it was redeemed it may be worth around 5 times the current value of the company, (3) there is a profit warning announcement in early February, (4) a right issue announcement on 4 February which was to cover those losses was to occur but the rights issue has since failed to eventuate.

    Other announcements indicate that their has been a 40:1 consolidation of Dejin shares since Mr Cheung took over as its chairman in 2010. I guess that is due to a long run down in the share price since that time. If your were to factor this consolidation into today share price you may appreciate the size of that run down.
