Of course lactoferrin contains no lactose...because it is a protein and not a sugar like lactose is. Milk that is enriched with Lactoferrin, no matter how high the level, would still contain lactose UNLESS the milk is lactose free. Again just stop. Lactoferrin will not help someone who is lactose intolerant let alone babies. So stop.
