oh dear. 180k subscribers? where does that number come from? wait to see how the deal is structured - well, will it ever happen - no-one has come close to explaining the due diligence or financing conditions. "All their ongoing revenue" doesn't even being to cover costs, and there are no contractual commitments which support any value.
"I'm optimistic" - why? you must be desperate for investment opportunities IMHO....
