imho, the "quickflix and foxtel presto enter reseller agreement" announcement was just enough to cause a whole 90 minutes of frenzied buying, resulting in just enough of an sp rise to allow qfx to conduct a much needed placement to "professional and sophisticated investors". and less than 3 weeks later, with the sp back @ 0.1c, it's business as usual for qfx holders.
