A number of people here are counting details and further disappointment with little new information available, nor is NTC failing against company set expectations, rather holder and broker hopes aren't being recognized.
I'm no perma-bull on NTC but Let's wait till next week before claiming they have yet again failed to get it together, Bell Canada was only signed in April last year, is the expectation to be signing new Tier one customers every few months?
