I'd have agreed with you if the cost of running the "business" remained as axtravagant as before.
We now have a shell trading at 50% discount to cash holding...Add a small capacity for revenue generation from the IRC & the Burnie "shed"....Plus cost cutting to bare minimum.....You get very "cheap" valuation at 0.007.
If KR manages to put the cash to good use......I can see swift doubling of the SP.
As a matter of fact ,I see Intec as a good "investment" with current market cap.....I dare say zero downside.
