    Definition of 'Net Tangible Assets'
"Calculated as the total assets of a company, minus any intangible assets such as goodwill, patents and trademarks, less all liabilities and the par value of preferred stock. Also known as "net asset value" or "book value".

"To calculate a companies net asset value on a per bond, or per share of preferred or common stock, divide the net tangible assets figure by the number of bonds, shares of preferred stock, or shares of common stock".

My take. How do you value the intangible? And who calculates the $ value on the intangible? To me Intec would'nt seem to have a lot of goodwill left so therefore the 1.95c NTA should be higher! Even on just the actual assets, what a shareholder would recieve in the event of a company folding would ultimately depend on who was prepared to pay what for the asset.
Also keep in mind Intecs patents are supposed to expire in 2013 and this 1.95c NTA was calculated for 2012.
So if purchasing a .006c share on a 1.95c NTA value I think twice.

I would'nt be placing too much weight Intec's NTA.
    Just my thoughts opinions.
