Possibly that any corporate restructuring might see a reduction in the gap between the NTA and share price. The corporate advisory appointment was I understand at the request of some insto/large holders.
In such an illiquid stock, if any value is extracted - one would need to hold a good chunk well in advance, there isn't much on the market to buy up if you wanted in on the action.
