I don't care too much about AU given the market size. I am no retail expert but I believe  someone like Eck can contribute and drive this to become a real  success story. Current strategy is not very exciting and I don't see this scaling much other than perhaps in China(don't like the branding strategy there though). They should go for a strategic distributer for whole of EU than the current US strategy.

most long term holders if not all  will continue to be in deep red otherwise for the foreseeable future.
