I am a little bit more encouraged by how MOD handled the previous cap raise, emboldened by the SFR offer, filled a placement above the SP at the time, and at the same time offered something nice for existing holders,,,, so with that attitude in mind, I think they will seek out a really good financing package that gives them real benifits. I can't imagine they'll be needing to beg anywhere and end up with a deal that puts them over a barrel. As long as they are smart.
They are in a position to get something that rewards both sides, but MOD first for doing the hard work. Hope they keep that front of mind.
