Id be splitting my home loan into two poritons so as to identify which interest payments relate to which activity. Its crazy to do otherwise.
Your comment relating to how much of an impact margin loans and credit have on shares prices is the same concern I have about superannuation. Its an interesting aspect to think about even if I don't know the answer to any of it.
