It may be just my reading but view "DOE Certifies power projects of national significance  " 15/2/19   on  www.businessmirror.com.ph  It lists a number of recently approved projects  including EWCs  powerplant given the red tape cutting fast track CEPNS which we were aware of. The article also lists a number of National Grid Corp of Philippines  projects given  CEPNS including the new Pagbilao EHV Sub station  and a Pagbilao 500kV TL (tie in line) ?? If correct then this would certainly streamline our tie in to the grid.
