    I hope you are right that these are a few trading shares left from the Capital sell down. the volume and way its trading, with no shorts bothering to cover might suggest its one if the other big holders now selling. This would not be pretty.
    SE might like to step in and clean up the parcel, certainly better than the note he converted at 50c share! After the result in a few days there won't be any reason why he can't do so from a legal perspective. I guess there might be other reasons....
