Yep they don't fall into the Reward for Wealth Conservation (RWC) as far as I can see.
But where have they stated these issues are for compensation, and what of Solamind's litigation....seems Solalife, if they are the old Solamind under a new name, could well have a double win if litigation succeeds....they get their shares back for nothing bar performance, which they originally had to do anyway if they owned shares, and a bundle of cash.
Not that I'll complain too much if SLA were to hit $20+ in 2012, when the new plant is up and running, plans for more plants are confirmed, sales outstrip supply still, Bio-A becomes a pharmaceutical, testing proves up other uses (aids?), testing proves other bioeffectives worth, Nanotech works, BPO sells Termoline and Bioeffectives in abundance.
$20 would be way undervalued if all this goes to plan IMHO.
