It really is so bad. And as of today I have an even worse story...
I'm still worried that I'm mistaken, but I think Boardroom have stuffed up and not paid me dividends for CDM shares I sold on the ex-dividend date (see: https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/we...oardroom-stuffed-up.3693294/?post_id=27297501).
It seems to be mostly LICs that use Boardroom, presumably they're cheaper than Link or Computershare, but their portal and service are just awful.
