I’ve been dabbling in the sharemarkets for number off years I would still consider myself as a novice.
I have had the basic Westpac internet platform for just as long and have never took to much interest in the TA charting function.

Since 'madbutcher' has been posting tutorials in the educational thread, I’ve started fiddling on my iPad.

Prior to contacting Westpac and pointing out a nonfuncting option on the charting area- there is tick box to draw a trend line. I could look at all the type of charts available in the upper and lower indicators.

Since contacting them the charting function has deteriorated to non-existing with only the headings available for the actual chart and any lower indicators.

It sounds like Westpac have ditched me, by saying that it wasn’t meant to be used on an iPad.
As a result no attempt will be made to return it to its previous function.

Has anyone been using this Westpac platform on an iPad? I was advised to download a Westpac app, but it doesn’t seem to have the fiddling capabilities, just look, buy and sell options.

I also have found out that u can’t draw a trend line on my iPad using the CommSec site.

I suspect the same party is maintaining both banking sites.

Both sites still have problem on my Windows PC with drawing a trend
