You expect the paper tiger that is ASIC to do anything?
After AWB, Onetel and Fortescue to expect any action from the joke which is ASIC is folly.
I think that Mick Gatto should start his own private regulation group, that might at least get a result.

I would send an email to the ASX about the lack of disclosure but i think they're to busy with sitting on the their fat arses collecting directors fees from the companies they should be regulating(see BrisConnect)
