Why would nmdc spend money on land and mine development when io is at record lows and continuing the drop as bhp and rio so on destroy the juniors with flooding of the markets
rolled metal is cheaper to buy than make
anyhow despite that conundrum it's not like ly this project will ever take off
who can bring up the original timeframe lcy had anned out , according to that we should already have a hole in the ground
