    Probably partly Zn price but I think sentiment has turned for HRR after bottoming .
    I'm no chartist but to my limited understanding the tech's look unequivocably good with Bollinger narrowing ,MACD crossed and a lot more buyers than sellers .
    I've had HRR on a watchlist for years but this is the first time I've felt comfortable puting money into it !
