No the OTC market is pretty well irrelevant it has no volume. The average trading volume according to the info is 2.42k whether that is dollars or shares I'm not sure. But volume that small is completely irrelevant. You could push the share price through the roof or into the ground with a few bucks on an exchange like that. The institutions and large holders aren't going to follow the lead of a few bucks changing hands.
