Your conspiracy theory sounds juicy, but as a realist it doesn't have legs.
Shareholders, brokers, punters (employees apparently) and the extended investor community in general have legitimate concerns about the suitability and capability of the CEO. It is their right to post on these forums as much as it is your right to draw conclusions about the volatility of the stock. The fact remains that if the market sentiment was strong, a few anonymous posts to online forums would not impact the share price.
One must assume that if the following is not addressed, stability will not be reached:
(1) The Board gains back our trust after a disastrous couple of years
(2) The CEO relinquishes all gains and steps down as Chairman of 3DP - or NEA find a new CEO
(3) No more options granted until progress made in the US
I'll be at the AGM and expect answers this year.
