That's right don't know what he or his brokers intentions were, Just know the share price dropped 5% the next day after this announcement share price was doing nicely in 70 cent range . When he sold out at 96 this sale dropped the share price down at the time. IMO it would have cracked the $1.00 if he did not sell when he did.
What the 64 dollar question is was he buying or selling. Pure speculation!
