Not sure I get your drift Fatman8. The statement clearly shows no net sale or purchase of shares in nearmap. As the statement says : "The Company confirms that Mr Rosenberg’s net shareholding and the underlying beneficiaries remain unchanged."
How can you conclude that there has been a sale or purchase of shares here?
