NEA - Appilication for Preliminary Discovery against Spookfish, page-11

Had and have zero interest on NEA  ... Initially liked the story of WSR (Spookfish) as it was similar to NEA a while ago but with a with much smaller mcap than NEA ... ... After recent WSR Prospectus squared away market cap turned out bigger (too high IMO for what it was) and then Legal action popped up which outright killed any interest I might have had...short/mid term

Will wait for WSR to return to recent cap raise price 3.5c ish and for legal action outcome before any further action is warranted ... months away at the earliest on the Legal imo.

The reason for posting a connected thread to NEA/WSR is I suspected that the NEa'ites might have some more insight in to the legal issues ...but it appears that is not the case.

Last post from me to this thread ...Happy for this thread to die a natural death... unless some can provide additional info.
