There hasn't been a trading halt even when NICE rejected CUV's application to recommend Scenesse to be included under the NHS, so a failure in the appeal probably wouldn't warrant a trading halt. I'm not aware of any other major submissions that have already been lodged that could be rejected now, so I feel it is unlikely to be negative news.
My inclination is that it could be a new submission (? new indication or product), which is at worse neutral news, or some positive news.
