I don't think you understand the history of this company.

Leading signals like articles, management statements, government comments etc will do nothing for market confidence in this company because they have consistently failed to deliver previously on MANY supposed contracts, projects, initiatives and other supposed commercial transactions which never produced any shareholder value beyong a temporary SP inflation.

It will take 2-3 consecutive reporting periods of consistent profits supported by cash receipts before anyone with any intelligence will begin to consider this stock.

If you are looking for signals, don't worry this company will give you plenty to raise your false hopes.
