I'm not really worried, though, I can understand your point of view. Its a shame that TLS can't do this for "legal" reason. But in the long term, I believe TLS will be out front. All the articles I've seen on the other thread suggested TLS is doing a lot on the 5G front, I hardly hear a peep on floptus or vodafail.  I'm confident of TLS long term growth. However, you just need to have a couple of floptus/vodafail moment for people to realised the benefit of being on a superior network. Consumers are "dumb", at least most of them I believe, most are price sensitive as well. I think this is why floptus has a bigger retail/marketing budget then TLS. They want to win the consumer. If there is a "worry", I'll say TLS is doing well on their capex on 5g, but needs to be aware of the consumer/marketing strategy. I know a couple of people switch to TLS 4G, as they were really frustrated on the floptus network.
