ASB has been selected as the preferred tenderer for the replacement of the 12 Fremantle Class Patrol Boats. The contract amount is undisclosed but Patrol Boats dont come cheap. Rumours indicate about $500million which just doubles their order book.
The cream on the cake would be if they were selected for the US contract. (1 chance in 3)
the sky is the limit here...........
Watch very closely as it jumped 25% today on the announcement. i suspect this could outstrip the likes of EPT and VCR.
