You reckon KRE doesn't share any problems with NAV? How about three directors, at least?
And that is the very reason that the ASX stopped the sale from NAV to KRE - pure conflict of interest, selling to themselves.
So I doubt that the NAV-owned potrion of KRE would be able to be picked up by KRE. In fact, I have absolutely no idea what would happen to it - presumably it would be classed as an asset for NAV, so if NAV did go down the gurgler, then it would be sold to the highest bidder - or to the major creditos such as RMB bank and/or Patersons who would get in there somehow....
