Yes well welcome back 1ronnie. It was Boxing Day when your first appeared here and may I say "welcome" Your post certainly brought some followers/newbies to our much un-loved stock at that time.
Here we are today all looking forward to the new shares, holders bought at .045.which will appear in our accounts tomorrow, hopefully not scaled back too far, if at all. Research I did showed that we would be pretty much out of cash at the end of 4Q (Dec 31) Holders all knew there would be a raising of one form or another. I certainly welcomed the way it was carried out. I cannot understand why it went to .16 though. Surely your interest couldn't garner that much gain? I was also surprised the rise was not "sold into" at a greater rate either. Between now and Wednesday though is when we get to know what the market values this at. (after 4C and market report)
Prior to this raise we had 85m shares. Seed and instos put in $24.2 mil for 64.3m shares. So they were down 84%. The IPO added another 20M shares at $1. they are down 94%. 85% of shares owned by top 20. So I'm thinking this 85% are averaging down, seed and instos , now .21, Ipo holders .52 (this doesn't include the institutional investors placement)
Very little movement here, prior to TH. In fact the only big buyer scooping up the shares the retail buyers in the IPO put up for sale was the "Snake Oil Co" I think i recall their avg was around .08-.09. There we sat, up to the trading halt with our 5-6 m cap. The share price ran along the bottom from April till Nov 17.
If the 4c speaks well, and the current SP is legit, I'm looking for 20 cents. (providing management doesn't blow out costs like it did in the past which contributed to where we are today. Stewardship is rarely prominent when the pockets are full of cash.. All IMO. not advice.
